While we await the donation of the 28th Street Canyon property, we’re beginning to lay the groundwork for restoring the 28th Canyon habitat. As part of this effort, we’ll be visiting Switzer Canyon with Friends of Switzer Canyon for a guided walk through their open space. Switzer Canyon is a healthy, restored canyon with a long history of community stewardship, and this visit will give us a chance to learn from their experience as we plan for the future of 28th Canyon.
